This art piece was created as a commissioned work. It is comprised of a variety of materials: art glass, Mexican and Italian smalti, 24-karat gold smalti, nipped glass rod, glass gems, unglazed porcelain, natural pebble, and shards of pottery created by noted potter Esteban Valdez of San Miguel de Allende, Mexico.
